With years of hands-on experience as an HR manager, I've guided companies through rapid growth, helping scale team from 0 - 120 employees. I've managed the full HR lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to compliance, performance and culture, always with a focus on making HR approachable, practical and aligned with each companies unique identity.
