Hi, I'm Bracha Leah Taitz, founder of Staffinity HR, and I help small businesses build and maintain HR systems that truly work - not just on paper, but in real life.

With years of hands-on experience as an HR manager, I've guided companies through rapid growth, helping scale team from 0 - 120 employees. I've managed the full HR lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to compliance, performance and culture, always with a focus on making HR approachable, practical and aligned with each companies unique identity.

I know that for small businesses, every hire matters, every policy counts, and every conversation helps shape your culture. That's why I started Staffinity HR, to give growing teams access to the same level of functional, expert HR consulting that big corporations rely on, but tailored to your scale, goals and resources.
